Implement unit grouping (migrated from trac, id 47 )

Unit grouping, as it was in the original game. Draw frames around units to select them. Add or remove units with ctrl+click. When a movement order is given, units try to stay in formation.
Could go along with a new pathfinding routine where units don't step in each other's ways and cancel each other's movement orders anymore (git-link #425 (closed)).
